Please select the activity which causes you to have the most pain in the sacral area. You may repeat this step if there are more than one activity which causes you lots of pain. When you are done, look at the list of the muscles you wrote down and identify those that were listed as the number one through three. Those that were present more than once as #1 or #2 are those that you should focus on first.  Click on the tab “Muscle Monograph" at the bottom of the page and start learning about the individual muscles.
